RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I don’t accept returns and cancellations

  • Every sale is final.

  • As a small business I had to change my return policy because I can’t afford it. Be sure of your purchase before finalizing the sale.

I don't accept exchanges

  • But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

    I’m not responsible for lost packages

  • But please contact me if you have any problems with your shipment and I’ll try to figure out what’s going on.

Returned parcels

  • If a parcel is returned due to a mistake in the address, the customer will be responsible for the new shipment fees.

  • If a parcel is returned and you wish it to be refunded. I’ll refund the total minus the shipment & return costs.

Packaging

  • All plastic components used for shipment are re-used materials.
