I don’t accept returns and cancellations
Every sale is final.
As a small business I had to change my return policy because I can’t afford it. Be sure of your purchase before finalizing the sale.
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I’m not responsible for lost packages
But please contact me if you have any problems with your shipment and I’ll try to figure out what’s going on.
Returned parcels
If a parcel is returned due to a mistake in the address, the customer will be responsible for the new shipment fees.
If a parcel is returned and you wish it to be refunded. I’ll refund the total minus the shipment & return costs.
Packaging
All plastic components used for shipment are re-used materials.
